A few years ago, I was betrayed by someone I trusted completely.
To work through the pain, I bought oil paints, brush and canvas and determined to paint pictures of people who had been good to me and whom I loved. It wasn't long before I realized that I was enjoying life
more than ever and that I didn't have nearly enough "free" time to paint.
A few hours each week is never enough, but right now that's all I have.

I paint things and people I love as well as things and people others love and ask me to paint. Although I have sold a couple of paintings, I don't ever expect to make a living off of my painting, only a fuller life. My "day job" for more than 30 years has been with www.insurancefornonprofits.org. I am fortunate to have a vocation and an avocation about which I am passionate.
